However, if I was your neighbour, I would have happily done the fabrication for you, just for the conversation,😊. It looks really clean and professional 👌. It’s funny that you say that, my neighbor happens to be very friendly and also interested in the projects Im working on at any given time. I welcome the dialogue because otherwise I have a tendency to go all day without a break. He’s also been quite tolerant to the noise which I appreciate. I also would have welcomed the extra set of hands if you were willing! Anyways, cheers buddy. This was a behemoth of a project and I’m glad everything went as planned. It took more time to plan than it did to execute but much of that time was consumed due to paralysis by analysis.

I have to say, I've been wanting to have air suspension and this is a setup really along the lines of what I'd love to do because I have dual subwoofers from OEM Audio Plus in my trunk and this would accent that look ever further!

is the setup higher than the original floor cover? I want to put my setup in my spare tire well but i won’t be making my own floor board. Wondering if i need to space out the flooring?

No, if you take out your trunk cover you’ll see two styrofoam supports on the sides. This is resting on those, just like the factory floor, so it’s the exact same height as the factory setup.

Also if you’re not going to build a show setup you can technically just mount everything to the actual spare tire well, instead of building a platform, so you’d have even more clearance.
