Who need more time in race on single charge?

So you had track walk at 7:00 am. What time was the first practice? Then what time was your first heat? And finally what time was your main? I ask because I’m racing round 8 and don’t know what to expect time wise. Great video!

Here's a tip (i did the same thing, but looked at St Louis). Go on the supercross futures website and check out the results page. The times of each race are listed with the results.

You can actually see the race times in the results on the supercross futures website. That should give you a ballpark idea of what to expect if you are planning on racing an upcoming event.
