I weigh 185, so figure I would need the medium suspension 165-200lbs. But I do want to hit decent sized jumps. Do you think medium suspension would be best even if doing moderate jumps?

I'm 192lbs without gear and for pure motocross found the stiffest spring setting to not be stiff enough after breaking it in. I've gone up to .54 fork springs and a 6.3kg shock spring and stiffer on the valving.

Took one for a rent last summer and went into a mountain trip on a regular asphalt road. It was absolutely insane how QUICK these things are accelerating, it was my first time and couple of times i legit thought i'm going to smash myself into a barrier during a turn, but as i got used to the thing - it was just something.

lol yes but a 80cc 4 strokes win over a an electric dirtbike in any 1hour or more race, have 99.99% less chance to put fire in my garage, can recharge it in approximately 1min. for an hour ride,have the same power from beginnig till the end and half of the fun come from this vibrating and sounding engine. Just thoughts.

I have a Stark and so does my brother. Both of us have gone to the track to find out our rear wheels were flat. Mine was after around 5 hours, his was after 3 hours. I got rid of the pirelli tires asap and did mx34s and did regular tubes. Never had problems with regular tubes. IDK. Maybe just a fluke but whatever.

Stark have since updated the firmware and owners can now control whether to turn the fan on or off.

I very recently rode a Varg for the first time, on a relatively tame mx track. All this dyno stuff is fun to watch, but in actuality, the power delivery, even in the 40HP range is so good, so controllable that you can play with other riders on 450's like a cat plays with a mouse, like cheating!

it's funny that Stark varg says it has 80hp, you'd think they've dyno tested it, it's probably on a dyno jet dyno, so what it boils down to is that stark varg is lying, or embellishing their numbers a lot.
