Paul, thanks for an awesome video series! You have help me install my new motor so much more efficiently! I really appreciate your insight on the cables, etc. Quick question, after installing the motor plugging in the wiring harness and connecting the battery, the motor does not turn over. There is power coming into the motor but it does not click or turnover. The obvious things are fine such as the control box is a neutral, there is adequate battery power,etc. All the fuses I can find are good. Did you run in into anything like this? I can’t for the life of me figure out what the heck is wrong. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

No I didn't have any issues at all with starting the engine. Key switch is malfunctions and not closing the 12v loop to the starter solenoid....just throwing more ideas out!

Whats the torque spec for the transom mounting bolts? Cant seem to find it in the DF30 manual?

Could you by chance tell me exactly what oil you bought and how much you put it? And maybe where you got it from?
