Greetings from Europe(Germany). I wonder how Americans drive such a massive cabin truck. Here we are struggling to take bends in tight roads. You guys have an excellent driving skill. Hey about that block I had it was a nightmare. It had me give 3 stops in lower Virginia around the capital TOMORROW 🤯🤯! One stop in Staten island and A stop in Baltimore 🤦🏾‍♂️! Unfortunately I'm having Covid-19 related symptoms so they "cancelled" it on me with no penalty 😉! Getting tested tomorrow to "make sure" I'm safe to do Amazon again.

@@provostmotorsportstrucking2298 Absolutely. The blocks SUCK. It's nothing more than a trap to run you ragged. I had 9 stops 893 miles for $1710 plus accessorials. Those Capital area stops sank it. The Staten island from Kerney alone generated $220 tolls crossing the Goethels twice for 13 miles 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️! Spot runs it is from now on. I like knowing where I'm going.

Well brother Provost - I used my TWP paw and smashed the LIKE button - how's that for an answer? Lol - It's always great seeing TWP sister riding shotgun and having her great attitude on the videos. Did TWP bring some of those chocolate chip cookies with her and hid them in the truck? One awesome thing is, she's a keeper, that's for sure! I always carried canned soups, tuna, and crackers on the truck; just never knew when I might get stuck at a DC and even during the winter months, always carried soups, tuna and crackers, plus snacks too. I hope she will forgive you over time, maybe let her spend more money than she normally does... Lol

@@viannprovost8443 Mercy TWP - was he in a big hurry to get on the road without thinking to bring at least some snacks along. I might get into trouble with him, but that's nothing new for me.... LOL.... getting into trouble. But make sure he loads some canned soups, tuna, crackers, cookies and snacks in the truck, just for that reason; then next time you won't starve! You're to sweet of a lady to be starving, oh yeahhhh!

Same as it would be on any new truck. The BIG question is the horrible reliability and resale values of Volvo's as compared to a W900 or 389. For instance, a new 389 sells for $7k more than a 860, but in three years with 500k miles, the 860 sells for $70k less than a 389. That's a lot of money for a picnic bench! I've been following JBG Travels. He got his company 860 six months before I took delivery of my 389. In two years he has had 15 repair issues ranging from electrical, to exhaust leaks, to an alternator that left him stranded, to a check engine light that Volvo couldn't figure out. I on the other hand have had NO ISSUES. Plus, the biggest deal with Volvo's is their dealers are the only mechanics that can fix them as their $40k scan tool is proprietary.

@@provostmotorsportstrucking2298- Everyone who has driven both says the Volvo drives better than anything on the road. Something to do with their steering system. Watching you drive your Volvo, looks like it drives like a sports car. I mean, there is no slop or shake in your steering wheel. it tracks straight and true. The Pete/Cat guys are never going to admit anything is better. SuperTruckerDan got a Pete with the Pacar engine about 3 yeas ago to get better fuel mileage than his old Pete/Cat set-up. Well, the mileage was so bad with the Pacar that he parked his Pacar in his yard and went back to the antique Pete/Cat a few months ago. But, anyone with over 500,000 miles is going to drive a few weeks, go home, work on their truck a few days, and wait in line at the parts department no matter what brand. If you are an owner operator, you will either book you own loads, or eventually work for either Mercer or Landstar.
