The only negative comment I could possibly make towards your reviews Mark is to bemoan why you still have a relatively small number of subscribers. For the average motorcyclist, which must constitute the vast majority, you provide the most comprehensive and informative motorcycle reviews on this channel. I can only assume that you cater to a select few or that many have just not yet heard of you. Either way, please keep the reviews coming Mark as they are a pleasure to watch. Thanks very much.

This is my favourite looking Sports Tourer, don't like the Pre -2020 models nearly as much. I couldn't afford it unfortunately so had to go for a 17 plate Versys 650. I love the Versys to bits but honestly this bikes front face is so beautiful. Hopefully one day I can jump on one!

This is the 1st review that mentions engine vibrations in a meaningful way- well done! I have a built in suspicion of parallel twin engines mainly because of the 360 throw cranks, but this encourages me to test the bike & add to my shortlist.

Hi Mark. I have a 2017 MT07 from new and have done 16,000 miles now. Several touring trips (larger front sprocket by one tooth) in GB and Europe with the furthest one to Split in Croatia. That engine is absolutly perfect and you nailed it about the 4000/6000 rev range being the sweet spot. You are underestimating the fuel economy though as I regularly get 80+ MPG if I stay within the speed limits. I would have liked the tracer but with a 30" inside leg that was not possible as I was on tiptoe. Love your indepth reviews. Ride safe mate. Mike.

Thanks for another excellent review Mark. I've always enjoyed your reviews both in terms of presentation and enthusiasm! These mid-capacity bikes certainly offer frugal fun and I think are ideal for real world riding. Another consideration these days might be the environmental impact of any bike we might buy and with no compromise in performance these modern parallel twins offer great MPG. I ride a Honda CB500x which will do most tasks reasonably well and return between 65 - 85 MPG. The Yamaha looks great and certainly seemed to go well too.

Hi Mark, very useful video. Thanks. I'll be in the market in the next few months and and comparing the Tenere 700 to the Tracer 700. How would you describe the comfort between the two models? Some UK roads are just awful as you know and soft suspension is appealing and a 21" wheel will roll over bumps better. @@markpulling12 Thanks Mark. I have a 019 Versys 650 Grand tourer. Less money than the Yamaha, and the Versys GT comes complete with top box, panniers spot lamps, hand guards and tank protectors. As you say great value. Your reviews are spot on , keep them coming.

@@lynjames6223 I know it's been winter, but how is it with all the luggage and a pillion? Obviously it will need a few more revs.

Hi Mark, I have a 2018 Honda NC750X DCT which I think would be comparable to this if you like this style Love those roads I go along there for a nice bimble

Horn switch is in the wrong place. Dangerously difficult to find in emergency situations. Yamaha...pull your head in and put the horn switch where every other bikes have them.

Why don’t you make some videos about how to changing oil or how to lock the helmet also ?!!!

Just think it’s a little expensive. I know it’s an improvement on the previous model but that was around £6.5k

probably have to be the versys as its alot cheaper but if money no option then i actually prefer the the engine on the tracer all the best mark

When you demonstrate the sound of the engine, and during acceleration, you should *stop talking* so we can hear the exhaust note. When testing braking, at least take it down *to a full stop at least once* because for all you and we know, the brakes are fading immediately.

All the bike I'd really need and choose tbh. It's pronounced Tenner Ray rather than Canary with a T.
