Yup. Our 'freeway-under' interchanges on the Yellowhead and Whitemud experience flooding when we get heavy downpours.

It hasn’t been too long either since they even started building out much of these. Alberta is taking a very highway-based approach to its growth, with mixed opinions on it.

Now Edmonton is making the Yellow Head Trail a freeway by 2027 official… great and bad at the same time.

I am actually chocked that Edmonton City Council didn't choke they Yellowhead down to One Lane for Cars-Trucks and use all the Other Lanes for god damn Effin Bike Lanes...
