What tempo do you recommend to play this at? I have been just doing 68 but I think you are doing it faster

It's a bit hard to distill years of practice and lessons into one comment. My best advice is to try and keep the sound very easy throughout. Keep the air moving even in the softer dynamics.

I would start a little slower overall and probably take out some of the faster passages and practice them separately.

This is slow enough where you can usually see what positions I'm using. I am often using alternative positions to keep half steps next to each other. F in 6th position before or after Gb is a perfect example of this.
