2021-2023 Chevy Corvette LED Headlight Disassembly

In this video I will be tearing down a 2022 C8 Corvette OEM LED headlight and projector.
OEM Part Number: 85545919
Part number on light: 85135933
The hardest part of this light is getting the bezel off of the projector. There is little to no clearance to get access to the clips holding them in place. The bezel is blocking access to the projector mounts.

What's the point of this video, beside simply showing the components? You wrecked the housing by cutting it. They early are not repairable. You would need to replace the whole unit if anything fails in inside.

I work in the automotive lighting industry. The videos on this channel are an incredible source of benchmarking. Incredible assembly details and concepts are clarified in the videos. Remembering that he starts from already condemned headlights, probably from accidents (which would no longer be repairable)
