When my dealer did my last oil change on my 23 Sienna, they didn’t tighten the access cover screws. I completed an 1800 mile trip, and found the cover and last remaining fastener in my driveway. It fell off as I was backing out of the garage. Of course it was damaged from dragging on the road, and can’t be ordered separately. The entire lower cover has to be replaced.

Hi Viktor, I love your videos on the RX350! I recently purchased a 2012 RX 350 and I did all the maintenance following your videos. The car is very solid but one thing I hear from the front driver's side is rattle/squeaking when I drive over small uneven pavements on the road. I don't hear it on the highway whatsoever. I also don't hear it over bumps. I just replaced the brake pads and they stop quietly. The sound does not depend on the rotation of the wheel so I don't think it's with the brakes. I lubed all the rubber door seals and hood stoppers. I've bounced the car and there is no sound. Could it be the swaybar bushing or something else? I've yet to look under the car since it's cold and I park outside. I am just a bit OCD and I want to take care of my car. I am afraid to take to a mechanic for such a minor issue and potentially damage the car in the process. Love your videos Viktor G!

There were problems with steering column rattles on this model, but I believe they fixed those by 2012. The front sway bar bushings could be possibly causing the noise. It is hard to diagnose something like this without being there to listen and look at the vehicle. Here is my video on the front sway bar bushings, they are fairly inexpensive (link below the video) to try and replace and see if this fixes the issue. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5CVfmOEp8aooKM

@@Viktor_G_Automotive Thank you Viktor for the insights! I believe the squeak/light chirping is coming from outside the car. I'll check the bushing and rubber joints. The sound is very light and not the kind of squeak caused by heavy rubber flexing or rubbing. It's such a great ride but too bad I'm an engineer and I get OCD about things like this! Again, thanks for the advice!

Around here there are multiple facilities that accept used oil - fire halls, recycling centres, some automotive shops etc. Just search online and I’m sure you will find places in your area.

I would never go that far on any vehicle between oil changes. I personally will be replacing the oil on it every 5-8K miles. Oil is cheap and quick to replace, while engines are expensive. I’m sure other people will tell you they go 20K between oil changes and have no problems, it’s just not something I can recommend.

A whole hardly believe you over Amazon, but a couple of things in the links to the Amazon website state that they will not fit the hybrid Sienna. I've ran into this a couple of times with LED lighting. I had to get in touch with the actual manufacturer to verify that it fit. Just figured out make you aware of that 😀

It’s not a bad idea, but considering that the oil pump fills the filter fully within a few seconds after starting, it is not necessary to pre-fill the filter.
