I am glad it was helpful, sorry for being late myself. now the settings more Weight, high speed - Hard. Solo, Slow city rides - Soft. you can keep it on 3rd always, if you dont wish to change everytime.

how to adjust 160 4V BS6? Upon installing crash guard, the front fender is rubbing against the road when going through bumps. Since the weight has increased, is there any way to adjust the pre-load?

What have you typed ? Does your 160 have the same suspension, then obviously you will follow the same steps or the one given in your bike manual. And why would front fender rub against the road after installation of crash guard ? Are you saying you have removed the front wheel too ? And crash guards don't have weight. They are not heavy. They are super light. You have some confusion

@@dipen.nisar.autovlogs I installed crash guards from LLUVIA.. and it is way heavier than the stock ones.. From your video, I dont see that kind of adjusters near the handle bar.. Basically installed the touring kit from LLUVIA

@@KohinoorSaha buddy you should have informed this earlier in first message, why leave me with questions. ~Please ask luvia for a solution, as they must have done some RnD on this already, when making the product. I personally don't use any luvia products on any of my bikes. I prefer Zana. ~ if luvia does not have a solution, then I believe you will have to check on other groups, with people who are using the said guard for what they have done. ~ if you still do not find anyone with a solution, push the suspension down by 1/2 cms max. Loosen top and bottom fork bolts, and push one side down by half cms. Not more. You should not have any gaps at top edge, else the suspension will come off when on bad roads. And get this done by a good mechanic. This will increase the distance between the mudguard and crash guard rod. ~ another better idea is to get rid of the cross rod itself, unless it's needed as support ~ If your bike does not have adjusters, nothing can be done with the dampening preload/directly. ~You can swap the suspension oil with a thicker one, this will help stiffen the suspension and it won't bottom ou lt easily. but this will make it hard to operate overall. And might hamper the cone set way too early than required.

So the point of making the suspension to hard setting is for the road stability? Like cornering etc

Softer suspension will have better cushioning, will be a plush ride but the vehicle will also sway around. And hard suspension obviously the other way round. You might get better stability on corners with harder setting

Hello, yes its possible to take so much time. these days there are n number of models for sale so far, so its not possible for service centres to keep all parts in stock. one thing you can do is, request them to check with other dealers.

My Fog lights Setup has its completely individual set up - refer my Fog lamp video installation once. its not connected to Bike stock wiring. Main power is sourced directly from the Battery via dedicated Wiring Harness.

Hi, I've a small query! Last year I changed the stock coolant of my D400 with Yamaha Premix Coolant. Today I noticed that the reservoir tank level has reduced and is slightly above the Minimum mark. Now, I have a half a bottle of Castrol Coolant for cars which is in Concentrate form. So, can I mix it with distilled water and use it for Top Up? The label says that it is free from Phosphates, Silicates, Borates, Nitrates, Amines and it's 2018 MFD.

yes, that should be fine, till the colors match. usually same colors indicate same specs. you can even top up with just distilled water in case of emergency.

date wont matter much, since you are using very little amount, just to top up. ratio - go by the one mentioned on the bottle of coolant.

yes, it could be due to back pressure from ABS, where wheel is about to get locked and ABS releases the brake to about wheel lock
