2021 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury POV Test Drive & Review

This is the all-new 2021 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury. This Escalade comes in crystal white tricoat on jet black perforated leather interior. The powertrain consists of a 6.2 liter V8 engine mated to a 10-speed automatic transmission. Standard features on this Escalade include bluetooth audio, a backup camera and WIRELESS Apple CarPlay. A navigation system, heated/cooled seats, and magnetic ride control are also available on this particular vehicle. Furthermore, the Driver Assist Tech Package (Air Ride Adaptive Suspension, Adaptive Cruise Control), and the Performance Package (Magnetic Ride Control, Trailer Brake Controller), are also on this Escalade.

Cool review. I know that you driven this, Yukon Denali and Tahoe. Is the Escalade ride quality better than its cousins? Some reviews I read stated that there is no difference and some reviews stated the Escalade rode far better in regards of platform sharing. I like to know your thoughts and input.

So this one had the magnetic ride control. The ride quality was definitely better compared to the Tahoe and Yukon. They would probably be more evenly matched if the Escalade didn’t have the optional mag ride control. Yukon Denali and Tahoe High Country were almost identical in ride quality.
