Sounds great. How are you liking the 800xc? Iv been really om the fence on these. Heard some good stuff and some horror stories as well. I need a 2up and the 800xc is enticing option with its size and price and options.

I had a 600 Touring and loved it... The problem was I wanted more power. So, I traded it in and got this one. TONS OF POWER!! have had a few minor issues #1 when the engine is fully up to temp and you stop quick the oil light beeps for a second /// Dealer told me that it still has the break in oil and should fix itself with some thicker oil, they hooked a gauge up to it an it drop 1 psi below the alarm, I guess CFMOTO is aware of the issues and the reality is, it's not hurting the machine cause it really doesn't loose oil pressure. #2 the other day i came back from a long ride and shut it off,,, started it again within 1 minute and it started but would die when you gave it gas/// Solution: Have the Dealer remove the EVAP system and plug the lines, this was a system that was put on as a after thought to meet California emmissions... Since i don't live in California the dealer will just remove it ** problem solved. other than that, it's really a good quality machine and goes right past my buddies 2021 Can Am 650 outlander (same HP) Just so you know... He has some minor issues with his Can AM as well, nothing big but they all have something it seems like and I think the quality is just as good because they all buy from the same suppliers (Bosch, CVTech, Same Diffs, Etc.)

I dont race but I like to jam from time to time on the trails. I ride trails in Northern Michigan so no big mudding as it's mostly sand. I live v twins so this machine really is appealing to me.

Does the fuel system need any kind of turning after doing this?

Hello, is it safe to run the atv without the spark arrestor? Will it damage the engine or do something?

no i dont think it will do any damage cause its just a mesh so sparks dont fly out the tip

an engine is basically a big pump, the more flow you can get into and out of it the better. so this would be beneficial. removing a catalytic converter also helps. i plan on building something similar once i find a circular plate. can i ask where you got this one?
