I just purchased this exact truck. Year, color, tires, everything. I've already taken it in 4x for computer issues. They can't seem to fix it and have been trying to troubleshoot with GM to no avail. I am missing the 2018 I traded in for this!

A truck is meant for work. If people want luxury and all the bells and whistles, then why don't they just get a full size body on frame SUV like a Tahoe or Suburban. All this unnecessary "large tv screen sized display" garbage and push button everything is ridiculous in a pickup. I'd rather keep my 1995 regular cab long bed Chevy truck with a bench seat and floor shifter, instead of paying 60,000 just for an obnoxiously large TV screen and a bunch of bells and whistles that could go wrong!

You shouldn't. The AFM lifter in cylinder 8 failed on me at 3200 miles in my 5.3. Do your research, many people are having their lifter fail prior to the first oil change

The silverado is a great truck. Just don't get the 8 speed get a 6 speed or the 10 speed v8s. Yeah the interior us blan so get a base one don't bother paying for a 'fancy' interior or you will be disappointed. Aside from that it's a fantastic truck that should last an easy 10 years

@G hrvyck I agree with you about the wax covered frames for sure but I will say after owning gm trucks from 74 up for the last 30+ years that today's trucks and cars will out last and out perform most vehicles that preceded them. I'm not saying that there were not great trucks and cars built before but there was a time when a engine with over 80,000 miles on it was done and now 200,000 or 300,000 is common.

I just bought one and to be honest I expected way better cuz idk the price is definitely not cheap I think I like one of my oldest tundras way better that this The steering is pretty bad for a truck this size and I’ve driven all of them and by far this is the worst one I’ve driven Full sized F-150 Rams normal ones and the rebel Tundras Titans and by the way I’ve never owned a Nissan but the sound system on the titan is the best

The Thing you referred to as a bow tie is actually a CROSS. Mr. Chevrolet was asked by General Motors to help them design and build cars to compete with Ford and Dodge. Mr. Chevrolet was from France living in France. If you notice the flag on your Corvettes and Camero is the France National flag. So basically certain Chevrolet cars are foreign design and influence. They wanted the 2021s to have the new interior like the suburbans and Tahoe’s but they rushed the release. Look for the new Silverado interior in 2022. Fords will have a new interior for 2021 that’s looks incredible. Close to Rams.
