The ref DID SEE IT and called a illegal break. The commentator missed it by calling a dry break! 😉

@@daniels.8490 3 points rule… 1 point is made per ball pocketed or per ball rolling into the break box without being pocketed. Minimum 3 points for a legal break! (Here: 5 is 1 point, and only one other ball rolls down the table… so that’s total of 2 points….!)
