NASCAR got lucky today. I am glad we are talking about a late race win for Blaney and all but let's note that we might very easily have been talking about several badly injured or worse crewman today. That incident with Alfredo spinning backwards into the #10 crew was an eerie reminder of the Mike Rich incident. That was a little scary for sure. The sport dodged a bullet today.
@BluntSmokeTrauma3 жыл бұрын
Lol.
@goughpsmythe49793 жыл бұрын
While this is true, it's not like this was some freak accident. These crewmen risk their health every week coming out here to perform at the highest level, and they know that. I'm not trying to discredit anything about what you have suggested, but incidents like this have a very good chance of happening every week due to high speeds and close quarters.

STOP changing things. How can teams [especially lower budget teams], dials the cars/crews/timing in when you keep making changes. Just when teams start hitting on something their focus/efforts are lost. This *IS* something you have control over NASCAR vs the things you can't control. Btw, you'd help your tv ratings if you went back to normal camera shots vs the door/helmet/hood i.e. the views can't see anything cam. Let us see multiple cars racing each other again. There's also so many replays; between these 2 issues we miss much of the race. I hear these complaints constantly from friends/co-workers; some of whom have stopped watching b/c of it.
