You have given costs as they are today...but you should also show how best you can beat these costs by giving quality alternatives, alternative materials,alternative techniques, etc..to bring the costs down, be more eco friendly, while not being costly. That's the future, the way to go...decrease carbon footprint, while not compromising on quality, effectiveness, efficiency, quality and strength. Go back, ...to using local products,...supporting local labour, art, artisans, being energy efficient, being self-sufficient in use of energy... Teach your viewer how to be cost-effective, save, maximize, be eco friendly, be proud of supporting nature.. Tell viewers how to save on building maintenance costs.. Tell them how to ensure waterproofing/all_weather proofing, .. Tell them how to harvest water, recharge ground water, recycle water, etc.,tell them how to improve the greenery level of each house
