Some things to add to cost 1) internet and AC wiring 2) water and electric meter cost 3) external staircase railng for terrace and balcony 4) compound wall cost 5) borewell, water storage and water tank cost 6) landscaping cost plus sprinkler cost for plants 7) cost for cabinets and cupboards in bedrooms and kitchen 8)main gate cost 9) tv, fans, ac and lighting cost 10) house warming ceremony cost ;-)

Nice to see a very professional & transparent video about construction of a house. My present house was not built at one time. We started of from a 10'X10' room and added up more rooms in nearly 30+ years. You will be knowing what happens when different people build a house in the course of 30 years. Leaking, water seepage...but then it is home. Really appreciate the fact and points.. But one point to the viewers based on my experience all are mentioned at standard price. For example tiles at 50rs is basic, you will get good tiles only at 70rs.

Basic tiles are starting from Rs.18/sft. in some places we can get tiles at Rs.10/sft too when there is godown clearance. We are not using that tiles as reference here, decent quality of tiles can be purchased at Rs.40-50/sft. There are tiles upto Rs.3000/sft also.
