the best car review i've ever watched! I bought a k5 GT LINE with premium package in passion red last May and love it. On a side note, after watching your review of the 2017 Elantra, I bought one. It's been an excellent vehicle, just turned 95.000 miles, and has required 0 repairs!! Still runs, drives, and looks like new! I kept it , its too nice to let go, so I use it for my 80 mile round trip to work. And keeps the miles down on the new car!

Just got the 2023 Limited which has some additional tech compared to the 2019 Kia Optima SXL turbo I traded. Lots of style and value. The Kia had more getup and go but this Hyundai is decent enough. Love the steering wheel design which provides more options for gripping. I actually am using the remote park function in my tight garage which has always been a struggle. Missing some of the physical buttons for menu selection but using voice commands more often now. I added an organizer to the armrest bin which makes it more useful imo. The vary has a more upscale feel at a lower price than it's typical competitors. I was initially put off by the glossy piano black but have found it has not been the fingerprint magnet I had expected. I actually am loving the design of the steering wheel which gives me several different positions to grip or hold and turn the wheel. You have to use it to appreciate the design. I would have preferred a power port in back that i could put in a USB car charger or any other 12v accessory. Might prefer some whale or more interesting ambient sounds to the nature sounds offered. Also would like a net on the back of the driver's seat. Lane keeping is improved over my previous 2019 Kia. Wish they would do away with the gas cap as other cars I've had. I don't really see the fish. I see a strong aggressive appearance that stands out among its competitors. I remember the negative comments when Audi changed their grill back around 2006. The more recent offerings from both Kia and Hyundai have changed my mind about this more budget brand compared to the more expensive cars i have had previously. The badge may not have the cachet of some other brands but the value is worth more to me. I don't really like the hyundai logo but will put up with it. Maybe it will grow on me

We looked at the 2021 Sonata but after reviewing numerous of KZbin videos and test drive we decided on the Kia K5 EX more car for the money The 1.6 T has ample HP. Both cars have great styling. This is our 3 Kia and we went with the Customer Loyalty Perks to save money Both Cars are a win win !

I'm a little confused with this car, how is the 1.6T an upgrade over the natural aspirated 2.5LT when it has less horsepowers?, Also why does the SEL Plus has 19" wheels while the limited has 18"?, Overall I like the car but weird decisions on Hyundai's part.

With the 1.6, you get higher torque...... and you get it low in the rev range. So you don’t have to wind it out to get thrust. Thus, it feels faster than 2.5 even though it has less HP

I thought the same thing until I saw the car in person and out in the real world. Strangely, it didn't look as "out of place" as most people might believe at first sight. It's nothing like the gigantic Lexus grills and I think that the proportions of it actually accentuate the body style and don't really detract as so many people say. But that's just my opinion.
