You had me at versatility. I've been contemplating getting an Indian Scout for some time. Thanks to this video, I think it's safe to say I'm sold on getting the bobber sixty, since I'm a total noob. LOL

That's awesome! I have another video where I talk about the bobber as a beginner bike and I think the sixty is an awesome place to start!

Best damn review I seen on this bike. Great job jimbobbington. Ha! Just bought a 2020 Scout Bobber ABS, gotta go pick it up Thurs. Been my dream bike for awhile. After seeing your review I am even more excited to get it out there in the wind soon, and ride free. And no sir, I promise not to ever be a skid mark. Ha Haaa!

Love my Bobber. Took your advice and got Drean Speed drag bars and an Alex Craft seat, also Basanni slip ons and it looks, sounds, feels and rides amazing. Been all over Scotland with it. 8000 miles in 6 months and loved every mile. Just sad that it's garaged up now until better weather.

Completely agree with everything you said about it, it does turn literally everyone's heads anywhere I go with mine and its still 100% stock (waiting for my SuperTrapp exhausts). Also yours sounds absolutely fantastic. Also I got the comfort seat when I bought it, it is incredibly comfy and I can't complain about it.

Got mine in June as a late birthday present to myself. I’ve loved it from mile 1. Totally agree with everything you’ve said in this video. Currently waiting on 10” Dean Speed Shruggers to throw on it. Can’t wait until next riding season (too cold for my comfort to ride in NYC)

Any mention from Indian whether the new digital display on the chief would work with the Scout Bobber? 1 of the reasons I got my Sportster S over it. I’d still love an Indian Scout Bobber one day as it’s still a dream bike to me.

Hey Jim, great rundown of your take on the bobber, I’m salivating here, waiting for my November ‘21 order to be built/delivered. That bump in the road worried me a little though! Is it as bad as it looked and will it hurt? Great 1-year review, thanks!
@Jimbobbington3 жыл бұрын
I know the feeling man! I waited for 2 months after I ordered. Hopefully your wait isn't any longer than that! Even with stock suspension, it takes a pretty horrible pothole to cause any pain, and it kinda has to catch you off guard. I've had a decent nut slapper or two that wasn't awesome haha.

I took one for a test ride here in the UK and really liked it. Fitted with Vance and Hines exhaust and the sound was epic. My balls ached all day though, probably due to the standard seat.
@Jimbobbington3 жыл бұрын
It does take a little work to make it comfortable for each individual. But I definitely suggest riding for a while with the stock setup so you don't make the mistake many others make and they end up buying multiple seats and handlebars because they didn't think it through long enough.
@Meadie693 жыл бұрын
@@Jimbobbington I found the bike a good fit with the bars and pegs, and I’d probably have bought it there and then and fitted the comfort seat, but I currently ride a KTM super adventure so it would be a 2nd bike, and I just couldn’t justify the outlay. Mind you, with the way the world is going right now I might not have an adventure bike for much longer….

I Just love my bike also indian scout bobber off course, i live in the netherlands, and it's winter here so conditions for riding is bad and i can't go take her out for a spin. But next year we are going to do many road trips together again :) i am truly in love with this bike and ok after a 2 hours drive you need some off time to relax your muscles just to hop on again 15 min later to continue the ride again

Denmark, where even an MT 07 starts at 12k USD xD And if you buy it on a loan from the bank, you pay about 3-3.8k on top (4 years) of the bikes value... Maybe this country just hates bikers xD Test drove the scout with J&H exhaust, what a feeling! The forward controls are super comfy for me, and the experience while riding is un-describable! Super jealous of you :) Stay safe and lots of miles ;)
