Problem is always seen on every corner of a new build truck but when it gets far problem will be fix and a rising truck will become better than its competitors. Second thing, to downgrade the rising star rivals should make ways. These are the things I would say as an experienced one and I hope everyone who read my comment can get it. Isuzu D max is a rising star and its rivals worried about it.

oh yeah gear lever shaking or vibration,a normal issues when the engine has timing gear,isuzu removed the timing chain and put timing gear again,well every brand has issues when they released all new model,but i hope isuzu will fix it,the older d-max is reliable,the last recall of isuzu in d-max is the issue with seatbelt.

Given the high volume of sales, there's bound to be a few warranty claims. It would be good to know how many issues as a percentage of sales. Thanks for sharing, good to know. I collect my 2021 D'max in March, hopefully they'll have the issues fixed by then, but if not, I'll be checking them.

16000ks on 2 months in my new DMAX. Good ute but lane assist tries to kill me on country roads. Can turn it to warning but it resets every time you start it. Will be a cause of accidents. Isuzu don’t seem to want to know about it.

Same problem with mine. Most of the so called electronic safety features make this vehicle a very unpleasant thing to drive. As you said, you can turn them off but they revert back to being on when you next start the car. I spoke to the dealer about all these issues but was informed that they can't be permanently overridden, and also that I was the only person to ever have complained about them.
@sirslarti4 жыл бұрын
@@keowi1126 I’ll hit 30k in a couple of days so I think I can talk from experience 😃. It’s a dream to drive as soon as the safety features disable when they can’t see white line (unsealed roads out west!). Very unpleasant and dangerous on every other road except for Freeways or City driving. Call customer support and complain as you aren’t the only one. Plenty of people of forums and facebook are not happy and are disabling their system completely! I’m not sure what ISUZU are thinking and it will take a fatality from the intervention of this so called safety feature. AES (Automatic Emergency Braking ) is also a problem with mine (set in the lowest setting) has slammed in the brakes 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I have a couple of dash cam with two time being the same spot with not a car in sight.

I was going to buy one of these new D-Max's. When the dealer told me you cannot permanently turn off these so called "safety features" I said you just lost a sale.
