I have Purchased a Jaguar F pace from your Chennai Dealer Vst Motors and same was delivered on 14th of July 2021.. Firstly I want to highlight that the Product is a class above its competition in this segment…Its very nice to drive and has all latest expected features. Terrible experiences: 1.I was given the car at your showroom with a very luke reception especially the sales head boss was not bothered to even say a Hi or hello to us and we were just sitting in front of his glass Office…They way he behaved was like some crap customers have come to take the delivery! You must be knowing this phrase as “Customer is a King” But at your dealership in Chennai a customer is treated with his status..If it was a film star or Politician it would have been a different story…Maybe JLR brand teaches its staff to behave in certain ways according to their status… 2.Handing over of the Vehicle was like just a warm reception just a small bouquet was handed which may have costed them 100 bucks.. 3.Jaguar is selling mud flaps for 25k and that too I have said yes on 3rd of July itself and I was promised on 16.7.2021 that Mud flaps will be fixed in 2 hours time at 10 am And at 12 pm after 2 hours they say there is no mud flaps available it will come from UK after one month…That means they have fixed the mud flap to another customer who had purchased the Second F pace..Thats so so pathetic… Product is so good but handling by the local dealer is such a bad experience…I will make sure that atleast none of my friends ever buy from such crap dealer!! Only proper reception was given by the sales person Mr.Ravi but even he cannot do much as he is just a sales person…
