I believe I saw the tank shut off valves located on the underside. How can this be 4 season rated when the valves are exposed and can freeze?

Pity about the waste of space outside kitchen, if it wasn’t there would give you more room in the bunk house, and hate the heating ducts in the floor, they compromise the floor.

Floor ducts as opposed to cabinet ducting increases the air flow by about 20-30%, because it has less turns so less resistance. There are pluses to both types.

Floor ducts don't compromise the floor if they are installed correctly, which they are here. They do help greatly in heating efficiency, making for ducts necessary for those of us camping in freezing temps, and required to verify true 0 degree usability. .
