I love my outback! Had about 7 of them lol. In terms of reliability. Get a 3.6 if you're getting a newer one. Especially a 2019 with the revised cvt

Bought our E63S wagon recently based on the 1st review y’all did, also drove our first born home from the hospital in it as well just 4 weeks ago. The video was spot on with the front leg room with the car seat. It’s an amazing family car when you want it to be, and a neck snapper when you want to open it up. Absolutely love ours

One year update? How’s the reliability? I’ve heard other owners say the wheel axles are slightly off and causes excessive inner tire wear and it can’t be fixed etc… how’s yours faring?

3:20 is a very overlooked topic in reviews, greatly appreciated! I’m 6’3” and my wife is 5’9” and we had to sell our ML350 back when our first daughter was born due to very limited leg room with a kid in the back… Sad to see the tight fit but hope this test is one to stay on the channel!

I really want to upgrade from my '19 E63 wagon, but there aren't enough differences just yet for me to justify it. I'd say your title is spot on. It is STILL the best car in the world! There is nothing like it out there. I drove the RS6 for a week and while I loved it, I didn't have the emotional attachment as I do with the AMG. Congrats on the newborn!

my 2014 has been great... over 100,000 miles. I've spent around $12,000 over 5 years. $7,000 was the brake job on all 4 wheels, $1,200 on a suspension compressor, $400 battery, and the rest was new engine and transmission mounts. Car is in great shape and a BLAST on a long road trip.

I’m 54 now, the demographic for this car. Back in the early 90’s though, I had Volvo 850 Turbo wagons with tunes making well over 300hp. They were great fun dusting others from stoplights with the “baby on board” sticker in the rear window. Wagons are very under appreciated.

It's nice to see station wagons are very much alive and well, dispite being a very niche class. I will always have a sweet spot for wagons because I was born in 1989 and brought home from the hospital in my grandparent's 1986 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser. Unfortunately by the time I came of age to buy by first vehicle in my early 20s the number of station wagons on the road was a small fraction of what I remember from my childhood. Congratulations on the little one, I'm sure he'll love it when he finds out later on he was one of the few selected babies to ride in a wagon in the 21st century 😊
