Dear god keep the mufflers on it !! Remove the resonators sure, put some good mufflers. Like Rob ( facial expressions it's obvious ) raspy Coyotes are just obnoxious asf !! Love my 19 with a S Type Borla, great exhaust tone thats deep not raspy. I put a couple of second clip up on my channel check it out.

@@Madmaxxxx1984 i hace a 2021 Mustang GT and I’m tuned. I have long tube headers. Full 3 inch exhaust on E85. I use wengerd performance. I eat PBD and Lund tunes for breakfast when we have the same mods. And I still have functions of the paddles which you lose with PBD

I have a 2016 mustang GT 5.0 with a PMAS cold air intake along with some IRS upgrades like a lock out kit & bearings instead of bushings. I also upgraded the coil packs because the car had 48k miles so I thought it was best to replace the coil packs anyways. I also have a VMP BDX tuner that has an 93 PMAS tune on it & an E85 tune. Both of them have been edited so I have four tunes. Would you recommend me sending you the current tunes & getting you to modify them to see if you can get better gains? Or would I need to start off from scratch with your base 93 cold air intake tune?

I've seen 2 other videos of stock 2021 GTs only pulling 373hp. How is that one getting 420? I'm guessing the catback delete isn't responsible for that. Variance in the dynos?

I'm assuming that's difference in weather / dyno and it not being SAE corrected. 373 sounds like GEN1 Coyote dyno numbers. GEN2 brings it closer to 400, GEN3 above that.

It has been tested that the power loss was not due to a tune but rather a hydrocarbon trap added to 2022 intakes. Remove the hydrocarbon tarp or replace the CAI = problem solved

@@juanito3.5 I picked up a 22 Mach 1 back in july. The horsepower reduction for the 22 models is due to a hydrocarbon trap that's added to the inside of the cold air intake on the Mach 1 and it's inside the airbox on the regular GT it sets on top of the air filter. Even though they say it's 10 horsepower less on the Mach 1 it actually is 18 horsepower less. I already removed my hydrocarbon trap and did a before and after Dyno and it increased at 18 horsepower and you can definitely feel the difference and better gas mileage and sound.

Mostly is for aftermarket mods and fuel changes(e85) but really it just gets the engine/ transmission dialed in exactly how you want it to be based on what’s done to the car and what you’re looking for out of the application

I just picked up a 22 Mach 1 and the only difference in the 22 models is Ford added a hydrocarbon trap which takes away 18 wheel horsepower in the Mach 1 even though they say it's only 10. In the Mach 1 I've already removed mine which is inside the cold air intake and the regular GT it's inside the air box on top of the regular air filter. Hope this helps!

That car had good starting numbers.. more then most. Headers are a huge gain on e85. On 93 headers usually gain you around 10hp peak but a ton through the mid and high end. With e 85 you gain closer to 20-25 through your the whole powerband. CAI don’t do much maybe 5-6hp. Usually when a person adds a cai they get a tune so. You see 20-25 hp gains. 90% of that is the tune not the CAI. All in all with longtubes and a JLT this car should be around another 30 hp yo the wheel.

We actually have seen the opposite. The 21 seems to have more torque management(nannies) interfering and it shifts at lower rpms and slower then the 18-20. Either way after you tune the cars will be the same as the tuner adjusts the engine and transmission.

I took my 17 gt in for warranty work and had no problem with my mod, which were long tubes, 3”exhaust, return fuel system, e85, and a whipple. Some dealers are cool.
