PEUGEOT presents the facelift of the SUV PEUGEOT 5008. With the SUV PEUGEOT 5008 and SUV PEUGEOT 3008, PEUGEOT is currently the European market leader for compact SUVs. More than 300,000 vehicles have been manufactured since the introduction of the PEUGEOT 5008 SUV in 2017, which means that the model has developed very successfully both in Europe and internationally. With a redesigned front, new full-LED headlights, new body colors and the new “ Black Pack ” equipment option, the new PEUGEOT 5008 SUV continues the design of the lion brand. The PEUGEOT 5008 SUV will be launched in early 2021.
There are also numerous innovations in the interior of the new PEUGEOT 5008 SUV. In the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit ® , the instrument cluster and touchscreen have been updated to the latest.
The 12.3 inch (31.2 cm) instrument cluster can be fully configured. For a high-quality reproduction with better legibility and contrasts, the digital display has the latest "Normally Black" technology.
The new central touchscreen is high-resolution and 10 inches (25.4 cm) in size. The seven elegant piano keys (toggle switches) under the touchscreen can be used to control the most important comfort functions: radio, air conditioning, TomTom ® 3D real-time navigation with voice control, vehicle settings, telephone, smartphone apps and hazard warning lights.
All variants with a combustion engine and automatic transmission are now equipped with a driving mode switch. This sits on the center console and enables a quick change between the normal , sport and eco modes .
The GT and GT Pack equipment levels also make a particularly elegant impression in the interior thanks to the new dark limewood, window regulators with chrome inserts and frameless rear-view mirrors.

There is one big thing you forgot to explain.. There is a 3 finger Touch Option on the Screen.. So if you touch the Screen with 3 Fingers you get an overview of all Options ( Multimedia, Aircon, navigation ect.) without searching the right button.. Very usefull when u driving and need to change some options

Is the Navigation still the same size as if you had the smaller screen. Bit pointless them making it bigger when it only uses to what’s seems to be the same size as the original one

I have just commented the same thing on another of his videos. The larger screen is pretty pointless when you can’t use 1/3 of it because those side bars are constantly there no matter what. I wouldn’t be surprised if you actually get less usable space than the 7” version of the screen.

You would need to ask the dealership but as far as I remember, they were not doing major updates.

It’s stupid navigation screen .. it’s 10 inches but they just use about 8 inches to preview the map and camera ... whyyyyyyyy

Beware Peugeot reliability. See comments below from recent survey: 'A third of 308s went wrong, with non-engine electrical issues, including faulty infotainment and sat-nav systems, accounting for 20% of faults, followed by bodywork, interior trim and suspension problems that each accounted for 6% of problems. Two-thirds of cars could still be driven and were put right in a week or less. However, while 47% of work was done for free, those who paid for repairs shelled out between £51 and £1000' Steer clear.

The 3008 is *way* more reliable than the 308 - ask any owner, dealer and especially car mechanic.
