Do you know what that small extra cable is used for? The little 4 pin that’s also tied with the brake controller wire??? Aux switch??

No I don’t unfortunately. Could be a light setup for the laramie or limited trucks. They basically wire every truck to accept any trump package. So your truck had all the wires for the most decked out truck. Even if it just ended up being built as a big horn.

did you flash the ecm or did you have to take it to the dealer for the truck to see the brake controler

Had to take it to the dealer to be flashed

How much was the actual kit? was it oem or amazone (China made)? I was just quoted $324 for the kit and $540 install with tax $937... RIDICULOUS

No I ordered through mopar parts warehouse think it was like 130$ plus 150 to have the dealership flash the truck

Informative but the video quality sucked sucked... You needed to have the light on and hold it still.
