@@LilWhip101 They'll still make RAM trucks, but the RAM TRX is being discontinued. It was replaced for 2025 with the RAM RHO, which uses an inline 6, instead of the V8. They claim it is a better engine than a typical V8, but the hemi V8 has been in service for decades, and I think that the hemi is much more reliable (I heard that big SUVs like the Jeep Grand Wagoneer use the inline 6 and its acceleration is not smooth). On the bright side, the RHO is tens of thousands of dollars cheaper than the TRX ever was, it can still go off-road and is great fun, and its gas mileage is good enough to use in daily driving -- the RAM TRX chugs gas so badly that it can only realistically be used for short off-roading trips. I think the TRX may have a gas-powered range comparable to EVs with short battery range; that's how much gas it chugs. RAM also came up with designs for two electric trucks, one that is just electric (RAM REV), and one that is electric with an onboard gas-powered generator that gets great range (this truck is the RAM charger). I watched too many of these videos

Not only are TRXs powerful off-road machines, but they are very luxurious. Just look at the quality of this interior. Great materials used, leather seats, leather and carbon fiber trim, you get a giant touchscreen, a head up display, very cool looking analog gages. You get all the luxury car stuff like heated and cooled seats. And the ride quality is incredible and the cabin is so quiet. It’s almost Lexus like how luxurious it is.

The Chevy Tahoes of the first gen were literal gold nuggets of family SUVs. 5.3 V8s that could be somewhat decent on gas and smooth as Tesla when stock or modded and thrashed to high hell??? Check. The perfect blend of modern safety features but combined with reliability and ease of use when working especially on the engine??? Check. Unmatched styling, muscular but not overly aggressive to the point of making you blind to kids standing directly in front of your car??? Check. Great visibility and decent pricing, both when it was new and especially in used form now??? Oh yes. But not that you care, what with all those Tesla CyberTrucks and Model Ys to play with...

Not a FCA fan BUT the hemi hellcat has been a pretty good engine, pretty well known too. And the 8-speed "ZF" trans is one of the best in the world, very proven too. Uconnect is good as well. Everything else is fishy, but main things should be solid in this truck
