You say he won't go through tires and brakes but I have never gone through more than when owning Miatas. Typically four sets of 200tw a year and two sets of rowdy front pads (carbotech xp12's), all street miles lolol. They make you drive like an animal.

Literally just bought a ‘96 Miata a couple days ago. Without a doubt, it’s one of, if not the most fun I’ve ever had driving a car. Can’t wait for this project. 🤞🏽

Thanks for buying these enthusiasts cars, Que! It allows the automakers to keep making them, I hope I can get one too soon!

First thing I did when I got home from buying my 2022 MX5 is buy a Goodwin Race exhaust for it. Car is so much more fun to drive.

instead of unplugging active sound you could just de-pin or cut the output wires for the engine sound from the amp to the speakers

Knew there's a be a video of this as soon as I saw Que buy one. As stupid as it sounds, that new screen is a big reason why I'm interested in the ND3 as I really like my tech in cars. Currently deciding between a new ND3 and a used F87 M2 as the ND3 GT is roughly the same price as used F87's in my area. Don't think I can go wrong with either of them but still can't decide which one I like more.

RF made the miata feel like an exotic car but hard to see behind.

Top up stock exhaust was too quiet, I had to always drive top down to get decent exhaust sounds
@dannyphamous15 сағат бұрын
Goodwin racing exhaust was so surprisingly light and easy to install. 12 lbs - could pick up with 2 fingers and uses only 3 of the 4 hangers. Usually $400, got for $220 used.

I know I'm disagreeing with ya, but I just love the RF and plan on getting one in a couple years as soon as I can garage it again 😤

Would you go with this or the club with the recaros? I prefer the recaros but I’ve been told the GT has a thicker top resulting in less road noise. Not sure if anyone can confirm this is the case in 2024

From a purity/simplicity standpoint I can see the argument for a pre-KPC ND2, but as a 2020 ND2 owner, if I do decide to keep an ND and continue tweaking it, it'd be tough not to consider an ND3 down the line once the new ECU is cracked, especially if it ever finally comes out in some interesting colors. Truthfully I don't hate the steering in my ND2 after all the suspension mods and alignment, but I also don't love it, and if steering is actually a significant improvement in the ND3, it'd be a serious draw for me. Time will tell, but I'll just keep my eyes open regarding the ND3 while I either sell or continue to develop my ND2, and if the time feels right, there might be a newer ND in the driveway one of these days. Perhaps it's time for a test drive, haha.

Yes, "a proper-looking engine bay," containing a longitudinal engine you can actually see, without being concealed by a tangled mess of tubing and wires. I appreciate that.

Why would they build a “track focus” EV out of a giant crossover box shaped car? This is dumb. If it’s a track focused car, I doesn’t need to be that big.
