Most sports when athletes retire or move on they get fat, out of shape, lazy and fall out of physical aspects of the sport. Not in Crossfit and I LOVE it! They start driven, passionate and dedicated to the sport they love! They continue to treat their bodies great and take care of themselves! 🙂💪🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

@@dawnc5797 Yes, as did Froning (individuals) and Khalipa, etc. Rogue specifically set the Legends format so that it was not a head-to-head individual competition. It was an exhibition.
