The ergo lock is amazing at high speeds and tight turns. The exchange is that you have to be careful or get thrown off. The ST3 hull was a big improvement so I’m sure this hull is better. I don’t care for Sea Doo killing us with options and add ones. I love my RXT 230 but am considering the 2021 300 RXP.

Ik this comment is a year old but if your still looking I would suggest spending the extra on the RXT-X 300H that thing is sick. Deep V hull. Acceleration rips tricks are a blast the stereo is incredible the speed is fun the stability is awsome with tubes and going out with more riders on the back of your beauty!

@@steezyboiiii808 I have a 2018 RXT 230 with the ST3 hull. I agree entirely. It’s sticks like glue. I looked at the 2022 RXT and RXP 300’s and didn’t realize they actually have different hulls. I’ll stay with my 230 this year and consider ordering this fall.

GTX 170 uses what type of hull? If a flip flop or rope got up into the intake wouldn't a 12 second IDF run cause damage, would it eject the rope?

Gtx 170 with IDF is a go for me. As i got older i dont need that much speed anymore. Going 57 is good enough for me. Also i hate doing the supercharger. What a pain. I prefer long rides now. Just my opinion lol.

I don't think people realise how awesome the ST3 hull is. There is sooo much hull under the waterline, the keel is huge. This has a massive impact on softening choppy waves as the hull rides through the water and dissipates the energy. Other brands ride on TOP of the water creating slapping or porpoising. Not very comfortable at all.

So much hull under the waterline because seadoo’s are so heavy also. Compared to Waverunner’s. No PWC is comfortable at high speeds in the chop but I prefer being on top of the water with my SHO than in it.

dad managed to get one, next day takes it out.. breaks, doesnt start had to be towed back ( luckily someone was close) takes it back to dealership 3 days later and apparently gear box broke, so now we wait even longer for a part that is probably hard to find, given the pwc's themselves are "rare" :V

Ive ordered a GTX 2021 in Nov 2020 and now, going to Feb 2021, I still havent got my Seadoo. BRP need to manage their order better and prioritize based on first order first receive order regardless if i'm in Malaysia. Ride it for few months and then its already promoting 2022 models. Sad.

This one was supposed to be 1 of 3 that I was buying ASAP. First experience scared me off for life. Switching to Yamaha now

You won’t regret going with Yamaha believe me. My FX SHO is 11 years old, 300+ hrs and still runs like new with a top speed of 82mph. You can’t beat Yamaha when it comes to dependability and performance.
