I still haven't figured out what the problem is with the Quarq power meter. It happened again another time and changing the battery fixed it even though it was new already. Maybe it doesn't like the Energizer brand idk.

@@bengoyette Yes sometimes the battery shape varies slightly between different brands and there will be a contact issue. I personally experienced that with my XOSS heart rate sensor.

we tightened the headset and i think possibly for a few of the descents the fork wasn't unlocking properly so all i was getting was a locked fork that was blowing off on bigger hits. adjusted the cables after the stage and all was well.
