Thanks for this video, it is very helpful for beginning diving from scratch (common mistakes, possible flip versions), which is my case :)

@@FlipnripDIVING No, I compete in New England. But I learn a lot from watching some of the divers in this video.

Somebody go to UC Berkeley got some good divers at this meet (love the interesting frequency of hurdles....have changed a bit since I dove)- I was a diver at Berkeley good talent there at that pool! We got some 2 1/2 flips there reverse I saw...anyone do a front 3 1/2?? Hopefully! My goal college list for 1-meter that I built up too and achieved was 1) Front 3 1/2 ss tuck 2) Reverse, back, inward 2 1/2 tuck, back 1 1/2 2 1/2 twist and Reverse 1 1/2 2 1/2 twist. I bet some of these high schoolers can eventually pull of the front 2 1/2 1 twist. Not sure what divers are achievable today on 1 meter or if anyone is doing more than what I stated above. So cool just randomly looked up diving and saw this!! Go Bears! Sam Helvie Berkeley 2005 - 2009
