I see the comments span several weeks to several months in terms of when they were posted, not to mention the original video post is almost a year old. So it seems unlikely that I'll get any reply to this question, but I'll ask here anyway: With the Riot S being 3 inches lower in its suspension geometry, is the suspension travel also reduced and if so, by how much? I have a specific bike in mind for this kit (a Honda CRF150R for my son) and I would consider the Riot S as a first choice, but I'd really like to know how Polaris went about lowering this kit. Did they do it with shorter shock bodies? Did they mount skid higher in the subframe assembly? There aren't many Timbersled dealers in my area, and so far I've not found one that is carrying the Riot S kit. I'd like to have an up-close look at the kit, but since that doesn't seem likely I am hoping someone with knowledge of this kit will chime in here.

Hi there, thanks for watching! We'll tell you what we know. The suspension travel is reduced slightly and a shorter shock is used. The track runs in a more efficient path, with a shallower approach angle which is why they say it is well suited for smaller, two stroke bikes. We've only ridden it with 450 bikes, so not sure how well a 150 would would do. For more detailed answers to your questions, Timbersled has a 888 number listed on their website that you can call to speak directly with a "Product Pro" during the weekday who will be able to answer all your questions in detail, so we would suggest giving them a shout! Good luck! www.timbersled.com/

Do you know how old of a bike these will fit? I’m looking at a used 2006 crf 450.

Would a 250 2 stroke work for a timber sled? Or you think it would be to much on the engine

It would work for sure. The new 'S' model kits were designed specifically with 2-stroke 250s in mind. It has a different approach angle and a more efficient suspension design that puts more power to the snow. Thanks for watching!

Timbersled has a dealer locator on their webpage, looks like there is one at Storm Lake Honda in eastern Iowa: www.timbersled.com/en-us/dealer-locator/#q=iowa

What bike was the Aro3 mounted on. Almost looks like a Beta from front fender.

Believe it was a KTM. There was a Honda CRF 450 and two Yamaha YZ 450s as well.
