The discussion regarding shidos for stalling on the ground is interesting. It's clear that certain players are spamming drop throws without expecting to score, but to just try and force shidos. Klimkait got DQ'd for doing a fake drop throw without any grips. If they made a rule where shidos could be given against drop throws only if the throw results in a near throw or if the thrower initiates a ground attack or re-stands, it would make the sport a lot more exciting.
