2021 - Tough Times........Mental Health Update

For me the start of 2021 has been tougher than the whole of 2020. I have been battling with my Mental Health more in the last 2 months than I have for a long time.......WHY.......This time of year is always tough because of Rubbish Weather, Dark Days but add the LOCKDOWN effect and it feels even worse. In this video I try and explain what's been going on with me Mentally and how I'm trying to get out of this 'Downward Spiral' I find myself in........
