2021 Training Week

Every year, Barriere holds a paid week of training for the entire company. Management reports on data and presents resources that empower employees to develop successful career paths within the company. Employees ask questions and provide feedback that empower themselves and the company to continuously improve. We celebrate each other through recognition ceremonies, and we have some fun learning and practicing skills together with our award-winning fleet as we rotate training stations.
