Bro, you, Joe Hobbs and the staff do an INCREDIBLE job with these kids. The command they play and move with is INSANE! Those triplet rolls are open and out there for the world to hear, and you all nail 'em time and again. Love the 2012 Bluecoats-esque quad feature. 💙 Again, just unafraid of demand that is upper echelon. You should be proud of yourselves Vandy, absolutely premier quality across the board. You done good Banished, you done good. 🥲👏🏽

That’s a beautiful show! The drum line sounded really good and that’s coming from a tuba playing and we don’t say that lightly 😂 keep it up

I know many school and other groups use match as the standard for the snares, but what if some of these kids wanted to march a DCI or WGI group? Would they have to learn that theirselves or is the transition from match to tradish seemless to them? I mean most if not all DCI/WGI groups march tradish grip for the snares (also im aware of the whole "flat surface = why use traditional"); i'm not hating on it (actually I love match more than tradish); also while we're at it... why do some groups play traditional on flat surfaces? (Sorry for bad grammar/spelling). Nice video too! I wish the circuit I competed in during HS had more interest in band stuff

Really, to be honest, it is obviously diffrance, but most people are stronger on traditional, and a good percussionist, can switch grips rather easly.

Why? Why did my high school drumline have to be so bad? This is what I wanted when I joined in the 6th grade.

@@nickisverykool8083 matched grip is okay, just not if the hoes are playing like they’re carrying blocks
