He’s such a great ambassador for the sport. I don’t keep up with it like I did 6+ years ago. When I was in the marines and stationed in Iraq his videos were super motivational to me. Let’s face it, bodybuildingand the fitness industry in general can attract some pretty douchy characters. He, Jay, Jose, Dexter, etc are absolute gems to this sport and working out in general.

And it's great to see him giving advice and guidance... Great to hear that his taking the time to connect with his little girl more and the other one.... This is usually what happens when u urself were raised by a great father and mother sure the divorce wasn't isn't and didn't help but he still got the love and care as a kid and it's great to see him giving what he got and had at one time.
