Yep I run ASV on all my bikes. They have a super nice feel and for those of us with small hands the adjustability can't be beat.

My tiny hands need as much adjustability as possible. And my Puig levers are good but not as good as ASV.

Hello Mr. Blockhead. I really enjoy your videos. I recently took possession of a 2022 Yamaha MT 09 SP and I love the bike but I can’t get the brake lever to adjust close enough for my liking. Would you say that the new ASV levers are able to be adjusted much closer than the stock levers? Even with the adjustability of the stock brake lever? Thanks! Keep up the informative vids.

Hi, nice setup, was planning same colors on my SP. Would be grateful if you can put or send picture with stock lever on it yust as comparison as im from EU and returns are a bit of hassle. I'm leaning towards shorty but never tried them so wondering if you can do still 3 fingers on it as im 2 or 3 usually and from video it seems short and site says 1 1/4 in shorter than stock, that shouldn't be so much shorter. Thx and stay safe.

I’m having an issue with a new 2023 MT09 SP, the plunger is way to firm and can’t get the lever to align as it’s way to firm.. do I need to relieve brake pressure by opening/bleeding a calliper nipple? - Bike is literally brand new 😂 the MT07 with 700 miles on was so easy compared to this… yours just popped on with ease too!

Ah man. I changed my clutch handle and the hood for the end of the clutchcable is split. So now i know why the littele snap sound comes everytime i clutch 😂

Hi buddy just fitting some of these leavers and came accross your video here in the u.k what would you say is the gap in the clutch leaver play you have yours set at bearing in mind that small tab has to be touching the switch for the cruise control and quickshifter?

I just got my MT-09 SP today. What a hell of a bike!!!! One short coming. The clutch lever is not adjustable like the brake lever is. With the stock clutch lever the friction point is way out there. I stalled the bike a few times because of the long friction point. Will this replacement lever allow me to pull in the friction point? Hopefully so.

He put on the more expensive C5 ‘s. Supposedly better quality and feel with more of a warranty. Made from billet aluminum. You can call their number to get all the details.

I think he means that you want some play bc if there is no play, or worse, negative play then your clutch may be slightly engaged and wear out.

Does the cruise control still work with these? I installed some Evotech levers on my SP and the clutch lever barely trips the clutch switch (sometimes) causing the cruise control is only work sometimes and then cut out.

Just a recomendadtion,try to use LockTite in the ends of threads when you mod bike,seriously my R6 when i was changing the clouch lever botom screv is startin to unvie i quess from vibration and from thaht moment i use LockTite on almost everry screv that i change...
