Its not ment to be faster than a BMW M. It has the same engine as a M5 F90, but in another ”custume” and its more luxiorius (for example the sunroof) the M5 doesnt have that, because they care about the performance instead.

What is the fuel consumption of the 4.4l engine? Looking at the x7 m60i once its out. Swapping from m50d x5, which in city driving manages 500km @ ~ 62 liters / €120 at my fuel pump.

So I am thinking going with x5 m50i or wait for x7, I don’t know how much these new engines differ from the current lineup but the x7 40i I tested was a so so experience. The new one I think is bit more powerful so maybe it will be more fun to drive. Otherwise I will look at taycan or something similar at the budget I have.
