Black diamond trails are a little more work. I’m 58 and like forest trails and county roads. Rode the rougher stuff in my teens and twenties. Wish I had the go go juice I used to have. Good ride!

I typically prefer the more open, flowing trails, but still want to challenge myself on occasion. Plus, I need the exercise! I certainly got some that day.
