2022 Chevy Blazer RS: Is This A Great SUV With All Things Considered?

My girlfriend just bought the exact same RS Blazer, same color. We absolutely love it..Camera does the color absolutely NO JUSTICE.. This vehicle is surprisingly refined on the interior, and unbelievably quick. We love everything about it. This Is the model to buy.

I have one of these in this color! I have had it for a few months now and it's fun to have such a unique looking car on the road :) I never had any expectations of it being like the old Blazers so I am happy with what it offers. It's a bit on the pricy side, but with a good trade-in I am satisfied because it has all of the options I would want! It is hard to capture the color on camera. I notice on cloudy days (lots in Michigan!) it looks like it has a hint of green. It looks amazing in sunlight because of the metallic paint!!

People need to quit calling this an SUV. It's not an SUV. It's a crossover. It doesn't compete with the Tahoe or Suburban. It competes with the Equinox. The Equinox is a crossover. I remember when they started talking about bringing back the Blazer as an SUV similar to the Bronco. I was disappointed when it came out as a crossover. On another note, if you want a performance engine installed I think the 5.3 would be a great engine for this car. They put the 5.3 in the Colorado and it hauls. Even though this is not an SUV I'm still considering this to be my next vehicle. I'm not sure how I will see where I'm going with the positioning of the headlights though, as we are very well known to get snow falls two feet at a time. The headlights seem way too low.

Just rode in a friend’s in the same spec … not personally a huge Chevy fan but they’ve done a great job on it. Too bad though it wasn’t brought back beefed up to compete against the new Bronco.

Being a former GM vehicle owner,quality is less than disappointing to put it nicely, already now the problems to watch out for and most are electrical.

I had a 3.6 blazer as a rental for a couple months, it was a decent vehicle. The 3.6 is definitely quick in this car, but mine was FWD so would torque steer like crazy lol. Hopefully they fixed the infotainment, mine was glitchy as hell and apple carplay never worked (2021 M.Y.)

You'll never get rid of torque steer in FWD because of the way the traction control is designed. One wheel slips, brakes applied so one can grip. constant transfer of power from left to right resulting in torque steer.

i agree Gm had a chance to make a broncho killer, or even a wrangler killer but as usual Goverment Motors comes up with this rolling piece of $hit, cheap looking interior, no power no torque, they just slap red stiching, blacked out bow-tie and call it sport .lol no real upgrades to compete with anything what happen to the real blazer 2007-09 400hp not this water down. gm cloan

Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. I wish GM would actually put some thought and uniqueness in the Blazer And actually made a vehicle to compete with the Bronco and maybe a Jeep and other SUVs in it's class. Just another boring crossover / SUV from GM, BORING.

I rented one, ok for a rental car , could of been a great off roader, like the explorer , pathfinder , trailblazer names once where great off roaders
