We are definitely happy with the Ember! All campers have issues , our issues have been relatively minor and resolved. We knew when we first walked in the Ember it was the one for us. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Great review. I concur with your review. I still struggle with my max solar, with 2each lithium batteries. The max solar iswhimpy supporting AC use. TV, inside fridge and lights are DC and do well. Able to be pure solar for days only using them. Thanks for the review. You are the only KZbin channel telling it honestly.

Thanks for the comments and compliments. My solar controller doesn't seem to be charging any more. My 4 batteries have depleted in 3 weeks with only the fridge running. Sun powers appliances during the day but doesn't charge the batteries. I have a ticket started with go power. I will post the results when we get it resolved.

@@CharlieandGina i will be following you. I am sorry to hear your problems. There was such hype on these trailers off grid ability. Sadly, I believe they are more of a Walmart parking lot warrior. Are a cool looking camp ground trailer. Our shake down cruise is this week. Last couple weeks i owned it, i just test the solar here on the farm. I keep it parked in full sun and try different situations. Ive been on the phone with mastervolt, sadly they said i not the only caller. They great help in the operation of their stuff, but have no info from Ember on how wired to get into deep trouble shooting. I like the construction, but i not a fan of its actual off grid ability. Lucky all failures i can rescue my self from stuff in my barn or say i worry about it tomorrow and walk in the house for the night. By the way, great modification of removal of the AC fridge. Tried to convince the wife i needed to do the same thing for my coffee set ups. She said no.

from what I've seen on YT the solar controller is pretty junk and worth tossing out and getting something better. I am not an expert though, so I don't know. I'm leaning pretty heavily on one of these, just waiting on our tow vehicle to come at end of month hopefully, then see if we have enough money to add one of these.

We’ve been out quite a bit. From a Jellystone in Ohio, to a near ocean side in Maine, and boon docking the Gulf at Gulfport, MS plus much more. It’s been a blast.

Thanks for this video. I'm a fan of Ember RVs I particularly liked your operation of the outside kitchen. You mentioned a few quality controls issues. The light at 30A plug and I believe the slide out. Did you had a serious problem with the slide out or any other issue with this RV?

The slide had to be reworked. It has been working great since then. They installed rollers under the slide. They replaced the shore power lighted plug. It has all been fixed!

You didn't show us the inside and any issues you may have. How loud is the air conditioner? Will it really run off the batteries and for how long?

The video was too long to do both inside and outside in one. We have recorded the inside review and it will come out this week. We haven't had any issues outside other than the spray port not working. Inside there is a few .

The ac is a little noisy , especially recording. I have run it for 5 hours at night when the temperature was about 82 degrees outside.
