Great video! Going into 2023 and per your experience so far in POD, What are your thoughts on focussing on a single POD vertical like apparels(t-shirts, hoodies, socks) and then creating designs for multiple niches like sports and outdoor enthusiasts designs, dog dad and dog moms, baby & mom tees for this single POD vertical ? Or would you suggest sticking to only 1 niche rather like a POD store for dog owners and selling different POD items like tees,mugs,stickers, hoodies etc for multiple breeds and multiple designs on this store? I believe going into 2023 it will be extremely important as a store owner to go all in on presence on social media channel due to increased competition on Etsy so I am thinking if I focus only on 1 niche then it would be much better for my social media strategies but would like to hear your thoughts on the above since you have years of experience in this POD space, thanks ahead of time!

I always am a fan of the niche as you can build a reputable brand in that way. For merch by Amazon that's a little harder but if you niche down on let's say dog parents and build a website around that, drive traffic, make a brand and then move on to another website for another niche that could work well. The key is finding a niche that's not super saturated and building from there. Hope that makes sense. I'll be releasing some more POD videos this year as well so if there is something specific you have in mind let me know!

@@ShootingStarSVG Thanks a lot! Just 2 last questions,I have a goal of making 1000 listings within 1 month on Etsy since have time to work on my store full-Time, is this is a good goal to pursue? Aldo let’s say if you were to open an Apparel store, would you go about naming it as let’s say XYZ studio or XYZ Apparel? Just curious what you think would appeal the most to customers in a brand name whether studio or Apparel, thanks!

@Om you're welcome! 1000 listings is a lofty goal. You want to make sure you have quality over quantity. Therefore I recommend starting with at least 25 or more designs and growing from there. As for the brand name I see a lot of people use generalizations like creations or studio so they don't paint themselves into a box. For example if you start with shirts but want to move into coffee mugs you could easily add that with a more generalized name. Hopefully that makes sense!

I'm LOL'ing right now because I just finished recording Chat GPT info - one for being careful on using it for blog posts and what not which i will post first and the second being how you can use it for titles, tags and descriptions. Should be hitting the shelves next week!
