Interesting variety of food. The food looked tasty and the presentations were amazing!! I like the rock and the nest ideas. Fine china companies must be getting nervous. I really enjoyed hearing you both describe the tastes and textures. I'll be in Barnard this week.My brother's family is here from Wisconsin. They're staying at Silver Lake State Park.I have lots of happy memories of swimming at the town beach with our dog where we kept are Sunfish Sailboat. The General Store had everything a kid could possibly need for the day.Life was good there! Love from Vermont

You are correct! There is a massive shift away from bone china. Its only seen in old school french restaurants. The rest of the world has left that boring phenomenon behind. Say hi to Barnard for me!

Looks awesome and brings me back in the time I had the best dinner of my life at Joël Robuchon, a special evening made even more special when Chef Robuchon sat with me and my buddy then gave me a tour of the kitchen.

@@OliveOilandGasoline wow.. yes just imagine that! Sometimes i don't know why i enjoy food cooking content so much, since as a genetic and lifelong vegan i wouldn't put most of that stuff in my mouth in a million years! It's so fun, inspiring and enjoyable to see all that finesse, passion, expertise.. art... variety.. creativity that you chefs have. I love how your personal style comes through in your videos Brennan. Authentic, chilled and just cool!

@@arielajaeger4291 high praise! Thanks Ariela! I think it's cool that even as a vegan, you still like to watch the craft of making food in general. I love vegetables, I think most chefs do and I think we need to distance ourselves from factory farming and the false need to eat as much protein as we were led to believe.

Not sure if it's just my connection but this is only playing in 360p for me, super low quality, but looks like it was such an aesthetic experience and filmed very well!

I’m surprised no one mentioned you completely ruining your first dish by squeezing it all over the table😂😂😂 I could only imagine the pain you must’ve felt when it split from your fingers

It was pretty annoying but funny too. I've seen other people do the same and I laughed and pointed at them. It was my turn. 😅
