Thank you, Mr, Gorog, for sharing your testimony about surviving the Holocaust. We need to remember its victims, not only Jews, but other people who were subjugated by the Third Reich with all its brutal depravity.

From Trinidad & Tobago. The more I listen to survivors' stories, the more I want to learn more. His mom's diary I am sure would be quite a movie! We visit Hungary in 2019, there was so much to see. Enjoyed the visit, met nice people, crossed the bridge, walked a lot in Budapest! Enjoyed it all!

So grateful for the holocaust museum & the wonderful survivors giving their testimonies. Thank you for this one.. My father & father-in-law were 2 of 500,000 Jewish soldiers who went to fight Hitler. They faced antisemitism in tbeir own army.. We lost many in my family and never knew what happened. I was born in '46. Our relatives were in Russia, Lithuania, Poland, Austria, and other parts of EU. My Granddaughters HS in FL (the famous Parkland school) thought letting them read "Anne Frank" covered the Holocaust. Consequently how many teens don't know anything about it? How can we instill defensive character in our future generations...im afraid they won't see it coming.

@@margarita8442 The people that built the countries we live in for the most did not know how to read or write ,They took what they knew from experience and used it to create ,They used common sense of what worked and what had not ! Spelling is just something that many people created and changed repeatedly over time ! Someone thought that spelling was important in a time to communicate as life got more complicated and government took over and used it to judge who was worthy and who was not ! When it comes down to it you won't starve from incorrect spelling but you will if you do not have survival skills and common sense that are learned by experience !

I can hardly explain my feelings after hearing any of the survivors' stories. There come tears, sorrow, anger, rage, ... altogether. On the other hand I feel my deepest respect, understanding, appreciation for the Jewish people, Holocaust survivors in particular passing through an unspeakable horror and manage to start their life again. God bless them and their families! The world must never forget Holocaust! Because any group can in a certain period be respected just for being different.

As I watch these testimonies of Holocaust survivors, faces are being put to the nameless millions that were affected by these atrocities. May we never forget them and their bravery, so so sorry that you had to endure the worst of humans possible. 💜

it is an occult of "Schizophrenia" true followers of Schizophrenia. the FBI, DEA, ATF, CIA, NSA is aware of this and all person are wanting and demanding to be mentally ill and to play with each other. goes beyond the children who pretend and threaten to do the same. this extends to South Africa to U.S.A.

Thank you Peter. Wishing you good health and all the best. My granny who is 93 now is also a survivor, she came back from Auschwitz. She is so traumatised she barely speaks about her experiences. Akácfa utca that you mention is in the middle of Budapest, I am only mentioning this to those who are not Hungarians.

@@mth469 she already did an interview on VHS which my dad will digitalise. She is traumatised really bad so I don't want to disturb her with another interview. From what she had told me over the years I already know a lot; enough to talk about it if the topc ever comes up. She was very lucky.

@@justanormalwoman5230 Yes but the point is to *document* it and put it on KZbin. Otherwise all that suffering was in vain. There should be a record of it so that this kind of stuff will never happen again. What slime balls are waiting for is for this to fade from memory and then they will be back to their old ways. Documenting such things and making it public is part of the anti-dote to that.

Truly a remarkable story that along with other survivors needs to be heard. As Peter said this genocide has continued for those considered “unworthy of life” in the countries he named. However, can we remember the most innocent of all, the unborn child. This, also, is a genocide world wide especially in America to the tune of 60+ million.
