Thank you for the video,I have the base model 2022 Ford Exployer 4WD on order.The dealer did not have a base model in stock to look at.Only had a Timberline Model Exployer on the lot.I now have a better idea of what i will be purchasing

Bought it with the tow package for an additional $500. I ordered it from the factory around Memorial Day and picked it up from the dealership after Labor Day.

@Arturo I drove it over 700 miles to Florida hauling a 2,500 lbs u-haul car carrier with a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo LS strapped to it, another 3,500 lbs, and it did excellent.

35k and it's RWD. Get 4WD and that's another 2k. Now we're at 37k, and with taxes and fees, you're looking over 40k realistically speaking. It's pretty expensive for a base model lol. Nice 3 row vehicle tho

Yes. It also has lane centering and many other features. Much more loaded than older base models.

@@lieren1806 I’m about a month out from getting my 2022 base delivered. I’m always impressed by how much is on it for so cheap. I test drove an XLT because they didn’t have any base in stock. I’d recommend you do it too because there is very little difference other than price lol

It’s a very reasonable price, you’re getting a lot of SUV for 35k. Upper trim levels climb up into the $60k range. I’m glad Ford still offers a very base model.

It's a base model.... Like bare bones.... That's why it's a 'base model' it's not about pretty. It's about plain functionality. Key is more functional...
