I'm loving seeing this thing progress, what are you HP goals for the future? Are you planning on going big turbo, if so is there any progress with that yet as far as the electronic wastegate?

Don't really have any currently. I think 300/400 will be about where we stop. From there, depending on how business goes, more performance may be something I look into a little more. But I have a whippled 5.0 single cab and twin turbo 5.0 4 door if I want to go fast.

I've only driven it once since the install this AM and didn't notice anything different than normal. The vibrations are because of the hood being so light and the bump stops not being fully tightened. Adjust those up some and it should help

I prefer the prop rod it never fails I've had to fight my f150 hood struts for the last 4 years not working and I cuss it everytime but I'm to cheap to spend the 80 bucks to replace them so guess I will keep fighting it up and put vice grips on it

Excellent video Mr boom I wondered if you could help me out Mr Bloom this is Frank in New Jersey I let my son borrow my truck which was a bad move because he smokes and he burnt the seat I have the XLT can you just buy that bottom portion of the seat so that it could just maybe slide over and you know cuz it looks like the back part of the seat has two zippers on it that you could unzip it and pull it off I'm hoping maybe the bottom does that would you know or should I just look into a nice set of seat covers for the front that look really nice and put them on

I ordered a Lariat Eco Boost Color Area 51 W/ Desert brown interior, standard pkg., Luxury Pkg, co-pilot 360 and soft fold Tonneau. Bought it from one of the largest Ford dealerships in the US. Hoping that helps in the build time! Nice thing they didn't require a down payment and gave the exact price (MSRP) when I signed the paper.

Random question, if you had the choice of Lariat fully loaded ecoboost Without the luxury package OR the Xlt fully loaded ecoboost with its luxury package, I also live in Florida and don’t need heated seats or steering wheel any advice is greatly appreciated

I ordered mine yesterday and I place the order as an XLT with FX4, luxury and towing package, I am not crazy about the co pilot, I have a similar system in my actúan car and I have it always disconnected. After a lot of consideration I called back to the dealership to modify the order. I took the luxury package out of the table and add other options instead I needed more. Let’s see, Power driver seat (I adjust the seat once and that’s it) don’t need electronics for that 400W/110V inverter (cab and bed) you can select the $150 option to have it only in the cab, i also selected the manual sliding rear window (if power is needed on the bed, I plug an extension cord in the cab and throw it to the bed trough the window) Bed rails (is a really easy DIY for less than $100) Drop in bed liner (I don’t like it, I wanted the spray in) Full size spare is not include for eco boost Heated mirrors,seats,and steering wheel (I can leave without those) Remote start (you can always start it using the app or install one aftermarket) Bed light (super easy DIY) 4 pin connector ( I got the towing package) Windshield de-icer (I leave in Las Vegas, don’t need that with 118*F most of the year) Instead I choose the hard roll up bed cover (security reasons) Window air deflectors (helps a lot with the dust in the desert) Manual rear window (to throw the extension cord to the bed if needed) Theft prevention hinge lock (obvious reasons) Wheel lock kit (same) 110v/400 w for the cab And the hood scoop( no particular reason, it just looks 😎) Hope this can help you, again, is about priorities.

I had the choice. This is basically what I had ordered originally, just a different color. My needs aren't quite the same as others. This is a work truck for me. The xlt with lux package would be more than enough. If added creature comforts are a must, then a loaded lariat would be the move
