Excited for the maverick build. I spied one of Eric’s renderings in that vid.

Hey, I did not know you all had a KZbin Channel!!!!! This is so cool. Thanks for the video content and keep up the great content. It is hard to get viewers but it will pay off in the end. Thanks for posting.

@@thehotrodshopms hey! I met u in Nashville a couple years ago when u were bringing the orange Camaro to one of its first shows, It rained really hard. I had a black 67 Camaro at the time and was just doing the Autocross. Anyway car fix is awesome and glad u all got a KZbin channel going. Views are kinda hard to get but staying consistent definitely helps.

Cutting this thing up like true mini truckin lol. At this point though, why not just run Hydraulics? You will need nitrogen to hop that thing, those tanks wont hold enough pressure. Interested to see how this all unfolds guys.

Thanks for keeping up with us! It worked out pretty well! You should see some clips within the next couple videos!

I was actually leaning toward hydraulics, at first wanted to hop it ab a foot or so. Then started to scale that back, we still may run nitrogen. Running ab 250 psi at the moment and getting it a few inches off the ground for a few hits of the switch, then taking it back down to 200psi for normal stuff, so I didn’t get as crazy as I wanted but still working pretty decent.

Looking good so far. Hopefully the headlights won't give too much problems. A handful of the newer models actually have a headlight module that only works with the factory lights.

Is the rear a straight axle or IRS?
@jeremybumpus11673 жыл бұрын
It’s straight axle.
@americanrambler49723 жыл бұрын
Not quite straight beam axle. It’s what used to be called a twist beam, like what was used on old VW rabbits, Chrysler Omni/horizons, older Nissans, , older Chevy cavilers, older Toyota Prius. It is cheap, very compact, and closely approximates a independent rear suspension because both rear tires can operate mostly independently.

It's A shame that you have to cut up a perfectly great truck. I have the same color on a xlt eco boost, all wheel drive. And it is a wonderful awesome truck.
